Every occupation has them...dare I say it...even the cops. We definitely need it after the last weekend. We have seen Tommy a total of 16 and half minutes since Thursday...(ahem..today is Monday)I am not even remotely kidding on this... This is not a perk for us....... But, thanks to the F.O.P.... today is a perk. We took a "partial-family day" to go watch the Coyotes play hockey. No school for Jax and Binky today and Tommy can survive without a ton of sleep..... so off we go to the Jobing.com Arena!!! Thank you Pauline, our most~fabulous babysitter, for keeping Pudgie
man for us!!! I feel so guilty sometimes leaving Pudgie but when she walked in our door, this little boy squealed with delight and couldn't get out of his high chair fast enough to play!!!!!
You see, the perks to the tickets were that the kids were supposed to go into the tunnel to do high fives with all the players and hang with them... if we got there early enough.... ANNNNNNDDDD... we didn't. Oh well. We will get over that one. We each, also, received a hat for just attending (we are a hat loving family, that is for sure!!!) the kids also received a brand new build~a~bear coyote teddy bear at the entrance (I then had to do some serious sweet talking, eyelash batting, schmoozing to get one for Pudgie!) I think Brinkley loved the flying Taco Bell Taco the best but I am not too sure because she was up and yelling like a true fan by mid game! We all just had a super~fantastic time together! I am sure that Jax is still thinking this is all still part of his "BIRTHDAY MONTH." If that is the case, we are setting the bar a little too high for Binky's birthday.....I should probably start thinking about August today .....YIKES!!!
Once again, thank you daddy for another awesome idea...and the perks! We love you so much and all the fun things we are doing together! Soooo. What's next?????
