Yep, I think that is me. Officially, I can not stand this holiday.... if that is what it is considered. I think it is fun and all... but I am a
"Christmas Chick"
Take the broomstick and fly right over Halloween..Skip turkey day and move on into Christmas time.
Unfortunately... this sentiment is not being felt throughout our house. In fact... it is just the opposite. Daddy has now become infatuated with our family dressing up together and the kids are crazy in love with this idea. If you can't already guess it... I am seriously groaning over this....SERIOUSLY!
So much so that I went Christmas shopping today... well, and birthday shopping for Tommy too!
Now... if I had my choice... we would be the Incredibles. We have the perfect family for it, although, I hope my butt is not as big as Elastigirls. No, not an option on the table. 6 Lightbulb moments:
Oh no...do you dare ask? And I barely made it outside today. Did your blow-ups get up??
Wait...you can't just leave me hanging like that. I don't live in your neighborhood! Also, I love the idea of making Isaac a beekeeper, but have no clue how to make it happen. How did your friend do it?
Ok, to be the bee keeper we did tan khaki's with a net you would carry. Then we made the helmet with mesh covering the head like a beekeper suit! Super easy and cheap.. You can use mosquito netting from a craft store!
Hey DEANNA, I love Halloween!! And I love Christmas!! But I know you LOVE Christmas!IT will be her before you know it!It looked like you guys had so much fun @ Disney! And you need to teach me how to do the fry's coupon thing! :) -Kelly
Hi Deanna, thanks for your sweet comment on my blog. I'm glad you can appreciate the conference thing too.
I'm with you on loving Christmas. I've always loved Halloween too, but this year my kids keep changing their outfit ideas over and over again so it's starting to wear on me! I wish we had a great idea to dress up as together like it sounds like you do...
OK... I'm taking the bait... What are you dressing up as?!
