Ok, I have been obsessed with this idea since Beth put it on her blog. I have been talking about it and I finally showed it to Tommy this morning, after we took the Pudgie man to school.
This is where the whole A.D.D. with me came in again. Brinkley's room is still ripped apart, the laundry room is in shambles, our bedroom and bathroom is getting to the point of being called a disaster zone, but I didn't care. I had to put this up today... I would not finish any of the other projects until we started this one and it was complete.
And being the laid back-most-of-the time husband that realizes that I will not stop until I get what I want, he conceded and went to Lowes with me to make our shoe racks for the toy closet!

I admit that the shoe rack saved my sanity the week I obsessed over it. Our kids actually use it now. They don't even wear their shoes in the house at all. No one is using the front door anymore, which helps me with my tiny escape artists. I gave a treat to the kids who remembered to put their shoes on the rack first. I am glad it helped. We stole the idea from Kurt Warner :)
