21 and Counting

"How many kids did you invite?"

"UMMMM 21 and counting."

His head literally snapped to look at me....I thought Tommy might faint. Seriously.

It is amazing how quickly a birthday list for an 8 year old can grow.

What was I thinking????

I told my mom we could have as many as 24 kids now. "WHY?" was all she could ask.

So I thought about it....and this is why..........

Have you heard the song, "Don't Blink" by Kenny Chesney? It is one of my favorites.

Before I know it, they won't want parties with friends, they won't want to play like this on their big day and they surely won't want mom and dad to hang out with them. Time does go faster than you think.
