Tommy and I did a new workout today. We always compete with each other, but against each other, if that makes any sense. Today he brought Matt and Dulce in from his squad and we did a team workout. I took Dulce on my team and Tommy took Matt. They killed us by 5 minutes on our time. Now with that being said, Matt is ginormous at 6'5" or something like that, so one of his rowing strokes is like 25 of mine. INSANE! You guys did awesome. I, on the other hand, can not walk now. You will not see a picture of me laying down though!! 150 wall balls, 150 kettle bell swings and 5000 meters on the rower. Rules were... you can only have one person resting at one time, and you can not do the same exercise at the same time. BUST IT OUT! Dang it was hard!
YOU KNOW IT IS AN AWESOME WORKOUT WHEN YOU CAN STILL DO THE THUMBS UP HOLDING THE PUKE BUCKET!!!! I LOVE IT!

omg i just saw a kettle ball thingy today while i was picking up the girls bikes for their birthday. I was swinging it around the bike shop, i almost bought it. I will go back and get it if you tell me what to do with it..i was afraid i would break out a window or something!!!
gosh i miss working out till getting sick...but...i always thought I was wierd. I suddenly don't feel so bad about it...
HEY SWEETNESS. YES THESE THINGS ARE AMAZING. TARGET SELLS THEM IN PINK. GUESS WHERE I AM GOING TOMORROW. HEHE. THE WONDERFUL THING ABOUT THESE EXERCISES WE ARE DOING IS...THEY REVERT BACK TO HOW YOU LIVE. WALL BALL IS ABOUT PUTTING SOMETHING HEAVY ON A SHELF AFTER PICKING IT UP, THE KETTLE BELL IS ABOUT SWINGING SOMETHING AROUND IN THE GARAGE. YOU LEARN TO USE THE WEIGHTS IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIVING. IT MAKES YOU STRONGER, LEANER, AND YOUR STAMINA IS OUT OF THIS WORLD.
YOU ARE WIERD. I AM WIERD. I WAS PROUD THE DAY I WAS DRY HEAVING. NO PUKING BUT THE IDEA THAT I HAD WORKED SO HARD TO GET TO THAT WAS JUST AMAZINGLY COOL! GET A KETTLE BELL AND I WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE WEBSITES FOR DEMOS AND STUFF.
