hmmm, I might have made it 1/2 way up. I only go high enough at school to make the kids think I can make it to the top. I haven't actually tried to make it to the top in a few years.
IT WAS SO FUN. THE RX WORKOUT WAS 25 SIT-UPS, 15 KETTLEBELL SWINGS AND ONE ROPE CLIMB. 20 MINUTES TO DO IT AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE!!! MY ARMS WOULD NOT STOP SHAKING FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS ALL OVER!!!! THEIR BLOG HAS OUR ROUNDS ON IT! WE HAD A BLAST. WE ARE SICK PEOPLE I TELL YA!!!
